Our New York 300mm manufacturing facility continues to expand U.S. production with advanced platforms including 22FDX® and high‑volume 12LP, ensuring performance, energy efficiency and long‑term availability for defense applications ranging from secure communications to sensing and computing at the edge. 

Our Burlington, Vermont 200mm manufacturing facility is a critical hub for GF’s U.S. power and RF capabilities, specializing in GaN (Gallium Nitride) and high‑voltage GaN‑on‑silicon processes. These technologies enable next‑generation power electronics, radar, satellite systems, autonomous platforms and other high‑performance A&D applications requiring superior power density and efficiency. 

Together, our New York and Vermont fabs provide a geographically diverse, secure U.S. manufacturing footprint that enhances national‑security readiness and reduces reliance on foreign supply chains.
