Through our GlobalGives donation platform, GF has helped communities around the world respond to and rebuild from floods, hurricanes, wildfires and other disasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"597\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/GlobalGives_0.png\" alt=\"GlobalGives\" class=\"wp-image-1547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/GlobalGives_0.png 597w, https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/GlobalGives_0-300x257.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GF has hosted STEM panels for local high schools, answering questions about their experience as young engineers in the semiconductor industry. GF has partnered with the Girl Scouts of Northeastern NY to host a six-week virtual STEM Summer Camp instilling a love of science and technology in hundreds of girls over the years. Activity kits and iPads were also donated by GF to the Children&#8217;s Cancer Foundation PAL Program in support of STEM outreach. In response, employee donations surged to unprecedented levels, supporting a wide range of nonprofits across the world in their battle against the pandemic, helping first responders and those in need in every GF location. The Foundation has invested more than $450,000 in the Stillwater community since 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"214\" src=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Grants.png\" alt=\"Grants\" class=\"wp-image-1553\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Grants.png 576w, https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Grants-300x111.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Patriot Award<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In November 2020, the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve\u2019s (ESGR) Patriot Award was presented to Fab 10 employee, Daniel Terralavoro, Sr. Mgr. \/ Deputy Director Facilities Engineering in East Fishkill, NY. The Patriot Award reflects GF\u2019s efforts to support our employees who are currently serving or have served in the military.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"425\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Patriot.png\" alt=\"Patriot Award\" class=\"wp-image-1554\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Patriot.png 425w, https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Patriot-300x176.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polar Plunge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GF Burlington participated in their first Polar Plunge, a yearly fundraiser to benefit the Special Olympics in Vermont. GF employees raised a total of $6,450 and took a leap into the icy waters of Lake Champlain!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"612\" height=\"197\" src=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/PolarPlunge.png\" alt=\"Polar Plunge\" class=\"wp-image-1555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/PolarPlunge.png 612w, https:\/\/gf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/PolarPlunge-300x97.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hair for Hope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GlobalGives has also amplified GF Singapore\u2019s annual \u201cHair for Hope\u201d campaign, which has a fifteen-year history of generously supporting the Children\u2019s Cancer Fund. Over the past 15 years, the campaign has raised almost $1M in company and employee donations to help find a cure for childhood cancers and to support families affected by cancer.
